Checking staff access…
Staff sign inMarketing & Catalog
Share approved catalogs, marketing materials, and specifications with signed-in contractors. Published materials appear in their portal.
Inventory connection
The contractor portal checks Lightspeed when browsing, adding items, and submitting. It only reads inventory and never changes stock, prices, or sales in Lightspeed. Customers see availability messages without stock quantities.
Lightspeed local stock setup
Staff only. Checks White Shaker and Slim White Oak. Other colors remain available to order.
